Departure from Paramaribo: 06:30 AM
Day 1 — Hike & Relax
06:30 — Pickup in Paramaribo; 4 hr drive to Afobaka/Brownsberg (comfort break en route)
10:30 — Arrival at Brownsberg nature park
• Highlights: canopy views over Brokopondo Reservoir, birdwatching, monkeys
12:30 — Picnic lunch
13:00 — Hike to the Leo Falls / waterfall area
16:30 — Return to Afobaka Resort; shower and rest
18:30 — Free time: swim, hammock, short nature walk around resort
19:30 — Dinner at resort restaurant (09:00–21:00 hours open)
Day 2 — Leisure, Reservoir & Return
07:30 — Breakfast at resort
08:30 — Optional short activity:
• Boat trip on Brokopondo Reservoir to see flooded treetops and scenery (30–60 min) OR
• Short morning walk/ birdwatching near resort
10:30 — Check-out and light snack
11:00 — Depart Afobaka Resort for Paramaribo
14:00 — Estimated arrival in Paramaribo (drop-off)
